For over a year Economic experts have been saying that our economy would be going through a double dip recession. With consumer sentiment down, some of those same experts have repositioned their outlook to say there will not be a double dip. Americans were told that financial spending was for measures to cushion the economic downturn. If the U.S. does experience a true double dip and does a boungee jump off a false recovery what then are we to expect?
